According to the White Paper, and everything else we have seen, the following benefits will be incorporated into the new Universal Credit: 

·         Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance

·         Income-related Employment and Support Allowance

·         Income Support

·         Mortgage interest and housing costs met via the above benefits

·         Housing Benefit for working-age applicants

·         Working Tax Credit

·         Child Tax Credit

·         Budgeting Loans

·        some form of child care support, either through disregards, vouchers or real money

       They will begin to be rolled in to the Universal Credit from 2013 onwards, in stages. See Universal Credit timeline for more details on the timescale.
